What:

The conductors placed in rotor share the end rings in just similar manner the resistors share their heads and tails. In parallel configuration the heads of resistors are joined together at the same node and the tails are joined at the same node as well. In case of Squirrel cage rotor the conductors head meet at the same end ring and tail too meets at the other end like junction.
